(Katowice, Poland | July 29, 2016) Jujubee Games Studio will give you the chance to play the long awaited KURSK for the first time at this year’s Gamescom trade fair in Cologne! The showcase starts on August 17, 2016 for the press and on August 18, 2016 for the general public (Gamescom Entertainment Section, Hall 10, Aisle A-019). Every visitor of the trade fair is welcomed to come and see the game in motion!
KURSK will be the first proper adventure-documentary game in history. It will tell the tragic story of the submarine that sank to the bottom of the Barents Sea on August 12, 2000 with all 118 crew members on board. The exact cause of the disaster still remains unknown. The plot of the game will be mostly based on facts, thanks to which players will have the opportunity to learn more about the dramatic story of the vessel.
“This is the first time we will ever show actual materials from the game. No one before had a chance to see the game in motion, and not even a single screenshot or footage was ever published. After the teaser, which was released in 2015, the Gamescom showcase will be the first opportunity to check out the actual gameplay, visuals, and sounds from KURSK. Everyone interested in the game can freely come up and play the demo at our Entertainment booth in Hall 10, Aisle A-019. We hope every visitor will have many exciting moments playing the demo!” - said Michał Stępień, CEO of Jujubee.
